BrahmacharyasanaYoga is a disciplined practice. Therefore whosoever wants to adopt Yoga in his life, has to discipline himself. If he is habitual to lead, an indisciplined life then first of all he will have to discipline his life style. First of all, he has to fix up the time of sleeping and getting up, working and resting, walking and eating etc. Only then one may think about yoga practice. Yoga practice is not the process of a day. Its regular and incessant practice is essential. Only then it yields fruit. When one develops the habit of doing all his routine works in time and insight to analyse the quality and importance ot work then only sometime will be scheduled for Yoga practice and man will get absorbed in that.

Out of the four aspects of human life, Mitahara Shatkarma, Asanas and Pranayamas, Swara Sadhana, Pranic exercises and Brahmacharya are helpful for the development of physical aspect. Its regular practice makes the body healthy, beautiful, flexible and full of vitality. Follow up of Yama, Niyama, Brahmacharya and pranayama is helpful for the development of mind also. But Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana have special importance. These practices remove the unstability of mind. Mind acquire concentration and one pointedness. Undesirable thoughts wither away. Life becomes free from stress and strain. A state of happiness dwells in the mind. This is an experiential fact that we know the solution of so many problems but the difficulty is that the noble thoughts do not abide in our mind. If noble thoughts stay with us for ever then we can perform several good deeds and thereby many problems can be solved. One of the meritorious advantage of meditation is that it stabilizes our noble thoughts.

Disturbance in social life of man results in restlessness and distress. Observance of Yama - Niyamas solve numerous social and moral problems. Therefore a Yoga practitioner should attach special attention to Yama - Niyamas.

HatayogaMans life can never be auspicious without spiritual upliftment. Every person is partly spiritual and he should make all efforts for spiritual development. Satsanga, self study and complete surrender to God (Ishwar Pranidhana) are helpful in this process. Yoga connects the human body (microcosm) with the whole universe (macrocosm) makes a man realise that he is no separate entity but a part of the Divine existence. The more the spiritual development; the more the feeling of oneness with macrocosm. It is for this reason that spiritual development is regarded as divine. All the actions of a spiritually uplifted man are considered divine because he is never motivated by personal interest. He acquires a selfless nature. Liberality is an inevitable consequence of spirituality. All his deeds are directed to welfare of entire humanity. With the advancement in the practice to Yoga, man experiences a systematic and all-round development, a gradual attenuation of Rajoguna and Tamoguna and constant increase in Sattvaguna. His character and behaviour are gradually transformed accordingly. Yoga is the best way for making the human life happy. Yoga practice should be regularly performed. For quick and good results, taking of Sattvic diet is most essential. Food not only affects the body but the mind also. If the diet is pure, Sattvic and balanced the preservation and promotion of health becomes automatic. Food works as medicine also in treating various diseases.
